    I purchased the 60 daily challenge 2 December 2013 and have not recieved an conformation. When will I get this. It is now 4 Decembr 2013. It seams that you would receive an conformation email the same day.

    I just purchased the 60 daily challenge but when I used pay pal I am still using an email I closed. My confirmation automatically went that email. Where can I go to switch accounts to gain access.

    IT should be better data of base…….. I am pretty sure I already have an account open whit you on this service, but for mistake I sign up again thinking I was signing for howtonetwork.net web page what I am trying to say that I pay double for one service, It should be a server or a system which detect an already member so there is not confusion. It all started whit the links send by email, I just panicked by the content of the letter to sign up for the last day as the end day for old CCNA and the new coming by september. There is any chance for a refund as you might have records of my name paying twice in diferent times thought. The first time was about 1 year ago and today this new one.
